Key Responsibilities
- Elicit and document requirements through various methods including interviews and workshops
- Serve as a liaison between the customer community and the software development team, ensuring requirements are communicated effectively
- Manage vendor relationships and support underwriting processes while maintaining project documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
- Up to 2 years of experience in testing and/or systems background
- Thorough understanding of operational procedures and systems
- Advanced skills using MS Excel
- Experience in vendor relationship support and operational areas such as claims and underwriting
