Senior Business Analyst - Medicaid

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Medicaid.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, project managers, and technical staff to define and document business requirements
• Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes to support Customer Experience (CX) goals
• Verify that business requirements are met by validating test results against the requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years' experience in requirements management
• 3 or more years of experience in Medicaid
• Experience with requirements change management and traceability (RTM)
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of business process re-engineering
• Familiarity with programming languages and relational databases
