Job Summary
A company is looking for a Relationship Case Manager to manage life, LTC, and DI applications while facilitating communication among various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process life insurance applications for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate proactively with agents, vendors, and carriers regarding case status and requirements
- Negotiate with carriers to secure optimal underwriting offers and solutions
Required Qualifications and Education:
- Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience in Life Insurance New Business or related fields
- Familiarity with medical and financial underwriting terminology is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based management systems
- Industry designations (e.g., NAILBA, FLMI, CLU) are advantageous
