Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow the Americas Regional Solutions Consulting team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and becoming a trusted advisor
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the solutions consulting function, including resource allocation and training programs

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Solutions Consulting leadership experience
• 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in an enterprise software company
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively
• In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies, AI, and SaaS platforms
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
