Job Summary

A company is looking for a Duals Customer Service Policy Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and implementation of knowledge management systems and policies

  • Develop and maintain policies to ensure compliance with CMS regulations and facilitate audits


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public policy, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with Medicare policies and guidelines
  • Leadership experience in process improvement and policy development
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and the ability to interpret complex CMS guidelines
  • Experience in cross-functional team collaboration and project management
