FHIR Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FHIR Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform healthcare data analysis and document data requirements for onboarding new data sources
• Determine interoperability approaches for clinical data and map content to data standards
• Collaborate with technical resources to analyze and validate data quality issues

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a Data/IT engineering role within the healthcare domain
• Familiarity with FHIR API, resources, and data mapping between HL7 v2 and FHIR
• Strong understanding of healthcare standards such as HL7 V2 messages and HL7 FHIR
• Experience with HL7 interfaces/messages and principles of asynchronous information exchange
• Understanding of healthcare data quality and improvement methods
