Job Summary
A company is looking for an Underwriting Audit Consulting Director-Commercial P&C (Small, Mid-Size & Large Accounts).
Key Responsibilities
- Execute audit-related projects in collaboration with Senior Management to ensure compliance with governance/control processes
- Drive quality assurance in underwriting by working with business unit leaders and improving operational efficiency
- Review underwriting files for compliance with guidelines and lead intercompany audit teams in assessing underwriting operations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; professional designations preferred
- Minimum of ten years of underwriting experience with a proven track record
- Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) or Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) preferred
- In-depth technical knowledge of underwriting theories and practices
- Ability to travel as determined by business needs
