Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support its treasury and banking operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with treasury, cash management, and corporate banking stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements
- Analyze, model, and improve treasury workflows including liquidity management, bank account management, and intercompany cash flows
- Coordinate with IT and external vendors on solution design, testing, and deployment
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a banking or financial services environment, preferably with exposure to treasury operations
- Strong understanding of banking products, payments, and cash management
- Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) and banking APIs/host-to-host connections
- Proficient in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and stakeholder engagement
