Investigator Contracts Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investigator Contracts Lead - FSP.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, track, and execute global clinical study agreements with institutions and investigators
• Lead study level site contracting activities and manage escalations in the site budgeting and contracting space
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment with investigational site contracting and compensation requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in clinical development operations or clinical trial outsourcing, or a Juris Doctorate with 2+ years of experience
• Experience with clinical study budgets and contracting negotiation principles
• Knowledge of applicable business discipline principles and concepts
• Experience in drafting and negotiation of Clinical Trial Agreements preferred
