A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Payroll Consultant I (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expertise and guidance in reporting payroll information for various retirement plan types
- Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and addressing their concerns
- Meet or exceed service level agreements while providing timely assistance to clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Insurance, or equivalent professional experience
- 4 years of retirement plan experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of retirement plan administration concepts and procedures
- Completion of RPF and achievement of QKA through DC-1 and DC-2
