Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst 3.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary project manager and liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams
• Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate focus groups to align end-user experience with business needs
• Manage communications with the business to refine requirements and support the succession tool

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field
• 5-7 years of experience in a related role
• 2-3 years of program/project management experience with stakeholders
• 3 years of experience with Excel (Vlookups, etc.)
• 1 year of experience with SAP Success Factors Succession Module is preferred
