Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Business Process Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document business processes and workflows while identifying gaps, issues, or risks
- Gather, analyze, and document user requirements, translating them into functional specifications
- Develop test cases, perform user testing, and provide ongoing status reports to the Project Manager
Required Qualifications:
- Associates degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
- Experience as a Process Specialist, Process Analyst, or similar role
- Ability to remain organized and self-motivated while meeting project deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; working knowledge of Visio or other diagramming/design software is preferred
- Working knowledge of SQL and healthcare experience is a plus
