Good Governance Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Good Governance Expert - International (Expert Pool 1).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate analyses, policy briefs, and technical advice for Kenyan counterparts on governance reforms
• Co-create and deliver training modules and workshops for partner institutions, incorporating gender-sensitive approaches
• Support the development of digital accountability tools and provide coaching during audits and legislative processes

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline such as economics, public finance, or law
• Minimum 10 years of international advisory and capacity development experience in anti-corruption, public finance, or related fields
• At least 10 years of professional experience outside of Kenya, including work with government institutions
• Fluency in written and spoken English (CEFR C2); knowledge of Swahili is an advantage
• Proven ability to develop adult learning content and apply gender-responsive methodologies
