Nurse Practitioner - Northeast Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant for a remote position in the Northeast Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and treatment for a panel of up to 275 adults with Opioid Use Disorder
• Diagnose Opioid Use Disorder and co-occurring mental health conditions, and manage treatment with buprenorphine-naloxone
• Collaborate with the care team and participate in clinical meetings and quality improvement activities

Required Qualifications

• Valid license to practice medicine and DEA license in the home state, with eligibility for multiple state licenses
• At least 1 year of Buprenorphine prescribing experience in relevant medical practice environments
• Telehealth experience is a plus
• Ability to share in on-call coverage, including holidays
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
