Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to join their remote team and help scale and optimize their platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define business needs and align short-term issues with long-term goals
• Evaluate solutions and communicate requirements to the development team
• Facilitate feature adoption and process feedback from operations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business/System Analysis
• Strong understanding of Business Analysis frameworks and methodologies
• Experience in system design and knowledge of architectural limitations
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence
• Experience in a Product/Project Manager role is a plus
