A company is looking for a Partner Sales Enablement Manager for Consulting and System Integrator partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global sales enablement strategy aligned with partner needs and business priorities
- Design and manage a comprehensive learning portfolio for sales and presales personas at SI partners
- Establish key performance metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of enablement programs
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, or learning and development in a SaaS or technology environment
- Proven track record in designing and delivering global enablement programs at scale
- Strong understanding of how SI partners operate and experience in tech sales is preferred
- Expertise in enablement strategy, program management, and leveraging AI tools for scalability
- Strategic thinker with a passion for data and AI, committed to continuous improvement and innovation
