Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Outpatient Mental Health Therapist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide services to the senior population
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to develop and update treatment plans
• Document compliant treatment records based on Medicare guidelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Licensure in Social Work or Counseling as recognized by the state of Colorado (LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or LMFT)
• Commitment to enhancing the quality of life for patients
• Ability to work in a remote setting
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Successful completion of a background check
