Workforce Manager Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Manager Client-side Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders to understand current setup and assist in translating labor categories to WFM Business Structure
• Support client testing in key areas and assist with testing setup for functionality and access prior to go-live
• Provide customized training for employees, managers, and practitioners based on the organization's WFM setup

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Workforce Manager
• Experience with UKG Dimensions
• Ability to work part-time on a project-based consulting opportunity
• Willingness to engage with stakeholders and provide training
• Availability to start in late March and work through January 2026, with potential for extension
