Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to lead proposal development and delivery on multiple concurrent bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring compliance with customer requirements
• Analyze RFPs and communicate findings to stakeholders, including potential roadblocks
• Coordinate with internal teams to oversee the production and delivery of proposal documents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university plus 3+ years of related experience, or 7+ years of professional experience in lieu of a degree
• Proven experience managing large, complex proposals
• Experience with proposal automation software or similar tools
• Preferred experience in the health insurance industry
• Preferred Project Management experience and active APMP certification
