Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in consulting services, account management, or project delivery roles
- 5+ years supporting sales teams, preferably with Salesforce solutions
- Deep understanding of enterprise-level service delivery and customer lifecycle management
- Proven success in building and scaling high-performing teams in a services environment
- Ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of a customer's organization
