Solution Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Advisor to drive platform adoption and deliver measurable customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide post-sales onboarding assistance to ensure customers achieve full production readiness
• Lead solution workshops to identify customer requirements and develop strategies to meet their needs
• Configure and demonstrate the platform, and provide customer training for successful adoption

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in compliance, cybersecurity, or GRC SaaS professional services
• Experience managing compliance programs for frameworks such as NIST 800-53/FedRAMP or PCI
• Background in customer success or related roles
• Familiarity with Python is preferred
• Familiarity with APIs is preferred
