Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to create and implement treatment plans for injured/disabled individuals
- Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
- Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and completing necessary documentation
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in clinical practice, preferably with workers' compensation experience
- Licenses: Compact Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required; CA RN license is a plus
- Certifications: URAC-recognized certification in case management preferred
- Internet: Must have reliable internet access
