Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to create and implement treatment plans for injured/disabled individuals
  • Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
  • Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and completing necessary documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in clinical practice, preferably with workers' compensation experience
  • Licenses: Compact Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required; CA RN license is a plus
  • Certifications: URAC-recognized certification in case management preferred
  • Internet: Must have reliable internet access
