Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst 3 to support a statewide program transition to an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) system.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), training development, risk mitigation, and system improvement initiatives
- Gather business requirements from diverse stakeholders
- Review deliverables and technical documentation to ensure quality and compliance
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience troubleshooting and delivering solutions to system issues
- 8+ years of experience designing and conducting formal training for system users
- 8+ years of experience creating and executing UAT test cases
- 8+ years of experience translating state and local agency requirements into system enhancements
- Preferred: 1+ year experience with State WIC or WIC Local Agency systems
