Job Summary

A company is looking for a NY Licensed Clinician: LMSW, LCSW, or LPC in Behavioral Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customized care and treatment plans for patients in collaboration with primary care providers
• Screen patients for behavioral health and substance use disorders and monitor clinical symptoms
• Document patient progress and treatment recommendations in electronic health records

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited program
• Licensed to practice as a clinician under supervision in New York (LMSW or equivalent) or another state
• Must apply for a New York license upon hiring and obtain licensure by the start date
