National Contracting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Contracting Director (Value Based Care) - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of value-based care programs tailored for Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace populations
• Develop inclusive contracting frameworks for various provider types
• Analyze industry trends and performance data to inform VBC program designs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in value-based care design or provider network strategy
• Experience across Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace lines of business
• Demonstrated success in managing value-based care programs
• Experience with payer organizations, provider groups, or government-sponsored programs
