Epic Willow Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Willow Consultant to support and optimize their Epic Willow Pharmacy application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform build, configuration, and maintenance tasks for Epic Willow (Inpatient and/or Ambulatory)
• Collaborate with pharmacy, clinical, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into functional Epic system solutions
• Participate in the analysis, design, implementation, testing, and support of Epic Willow workflows and integrations

Required Qualifications:

• Epic Willow Certification (Inpatient and/or Ambulatory) mandatory
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare compliance standards
• Experience with medication dispensing interfaces, drug databases, and barcode medication administration (BCMA)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment
