Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to gather needs and requirements, conducting assessments and translating them into specifications
• Liaise between clients and internal teams to present tailored software solutions and conduct product demonstrations
• Maintain documentation and optimize internal processes for efficient discovery and requirements gathering

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Consultant, Solutions Engineer, or similar role in B2B enterprise software
• Experience working with large enterprise B2B clients, particularly in financial services or regulated industries
• Deep knowledge of the life insurance industry, including processes and regulatory requirements
• Strong technical skills in software design, architecture, and systems integration
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and possess a customer-centric mindset
