Job Summary

A company is looking for a UCaaS Strategic Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the migration from RingCentral/NICE to Zoom
• Manage the deployment of a Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solution
• Conduct remote training sessions for end users and contact center staff

Required Qualifications

• Experience with UCaaS implementations
• Familiarity with contact center operations and technologies
• Knowledge of WFM/QM configuration
• Ability to manage remote training sessions
• Understanding of E911 compliance requirements
