Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager - Legal.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to define business requirements and align them with product solutions
• Lead discovery sessions to understand client objectives and facilitate project execution
• Support clients through the go-live process and promote solution adoption

Required Qualifications

• Technical or business degree with 3-8 years of experience in SaaS or product consulting
• Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple projects
• Experience with LegalTech and systems implementation skills
• Ability to set and manage customer expectations independently
• Experience in general consulting skills, including business analysis and process mapping
