A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Change Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead change management impact assessments for major GTM transformation and growth initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated change plans that drive adoption and minimize disruption
- Build and deploy a scalable change framework to standardize approach, tools, and outcomes to manage change
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience leading change management in large, complex environments
- At least 3 years of direct people management experience, focusing on stakeholder engagement and team development
- Expertise in change management frameworks and tools with a pragmatic application style
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Organizational Development, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience working in or supporting go-to-market teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Ops)
