A company is looking for a Sr. Workday Talent and Performance Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a lead consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction
- Understand client business requirements and guide them through design, configuration, and testing phases
- Build strong relationships with clients through trust and exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Workday Talent and Performance lead consultant
- Experience completing at least two Workday Talent and Performance implementations
- Workday Talent and Performance Implementer Certification is required
- Experience troubleshooting Workday Security and building custom reports
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
