Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced ServiceNow solutions through requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and documentation
- Implement AI-enabled workflows and dashboards while engaging with stakeholders for business process analysis
- Utilize deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Performance Analytics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and customization
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and sprint-based development
- Strong understanding of Workflow Data Fabric and Microsoft Teams integration
- ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CIS-ITSM, and ITSM Professional Suite Certification
