Life Insurance Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Life Insurance Business Analyst (wmA/Vantage).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support for life insurance systems including wmA, GIAS, Horizon, eApp, and Resonant
• Triage and respond to issues reported via shared mailboxes, ensuring proper assignment and resolution
• Conduct system testing related to issue resolutions, enhancements, and release deployments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the life insurance industry
• Strong experience with life and annuity insurance systems
• Familiarity with system development lifecycle and QA testing methodologies
• Solid understanding of business process improvement and re-engineering principles
