Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Psychometrician to oversee the technical quality of educational assessment and analysis activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical operational and research projects
• Coordinate and perform statistical reviews for various projects
• Provide guidance and oversight to project staff on technical aspects

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Statistics, Education Measurement, Psychometrics, or related field
• Advanced training in Psychometric research and Statistics
• At least 4 years of professional experience in assessment systems
• Experience with Sampling Theory and Item Response Theory
• Ability to work effectively in a consulting environment
