Claims Arbitration Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RCM Billing/ Claims Arbitration Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily duties related to arbitration processes, including analytics and troubleshooting
• Prepare and analyze reports for legal counsel and negotiations
• Develop and manage quality assurance and data integrity processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year College or University, preferably in STEM or business
• One or more years of experience in an analytical position, preferably in healthcare, banking, or accounting
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions and pivot tables
• Familiarity with Microsoft Powerquery, PowerBI, and PowerAutomate is a plus
• General proficiency in all Microsoft Office products
