UKG Certified Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UKG Solutions Architect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expertise in complex WFM technologies and UKG Pro WFM implementation
• Provide oversight to project teams and lead client-facing requirements workshops
• Develop relationships with client management and mentor NGI personnel

Required Qualifications:

• Approximately 10+ years of consulting experience
• 7 - 10 years of UKG Pro WFM project implementation experience
• A related bachelor's degree
• Certification in UKG Pro WFM is necessary
• Strong knowledge of HR, payroll, benefits, and workforce management processes
