Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an OMNI Senior Business Analyst to join their team within Wealth/Retirement Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve production issues by identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery of enhancements and fixes
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 6+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in an OMNI or digital environment
• Proven experience in resolving production issues and managing incident response processes
• Strong understanding of OMNI platforms and peripherals
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
