Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Technical Business Analyst III.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements analysis and document them according to corporate standards
- Lead meetings and facilitate requirements gathering and review sessions
- Assist development teams in understanding requirements and support User Acceptance Testing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in requirements management
- Preferred two (2) years of healthcare delivery and/or payer experience
- Familiarity with the healthcare payer industry, Medicaid, and Medicare is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and knowledge of IT development cycle and Agile Framework
