Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Vice President, ensuring smooth office operations
- Manage complex calendar and travel arrangements, including handling last-minute changes
- Prepare meetings and events logistics, including materials and technology management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 - 7 years of experience in an executive administrative role supporting C-level executives
- Experience in managing confidential information and event organization
- Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook Calendar and MS Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
