Job Summary

A company is looking for an LMS/Talent Management System Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new Absorb LMS system implementations and optimization initiatives
• Provide consulting services for business process analysis and system configuration
• Conduct workshops and provide training on Absorb LMS functionalities

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of implementation and consulting experience with Absorb LMS
• Deep knowledge of the Absorb LMS system
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Project
• Ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain required clearance
