IP Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IP Development Specialist who will contribute to the development and management of intellectual property for assessments and evaluation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to evaluation portfolio strategy and ensure test validity, reliability, and fairness
• Collaborate with teams to design and validate assessments, and manage localization quality
• Prototype innovative assessment initiatives and maintain documentation for strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with I-O psychology, competency modeling, cognitive science, or applied psychometrics
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation and process automation
• 3+ years of experience in assessment content development, localization, learning design, or psychometrics
• Aptitude for mastering complex software tools and navigating ambiguity in a remote environment
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset
