ServiceNow Principal Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Consultant, ITOM and ITAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Support process definition, re-engineering, and improvement during customer workshops
• Guide customers in documentation and technical aspects of ServiceNow solutions
• Lead technical project delivery and provide oversight for solution development

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow
• 4+ years of experience with web technologies and networking (e.g., XML, HTML, AJAX)
• Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and IT architecture
• ServiceNow System Administrator and Application Developer Certifications required
• Experience with IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles
