Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of configuration analysts to ensure successful delivery of the HealthRules system
- Advise clients on business problems as a Subject Matter Expert and ensure timely project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor a geographically distributed team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Five+ years of experience with HealthRules Payor and claims processing systems
- Experience in implementing Medicare, Medicaid, or Commercial lines of business
- Proven ability to work with global teams
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
