Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Grants Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current grants management workflows to identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business and system requirements
• Support configuration and implementation of grants management solutions and assist in testing

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis for IT projects, with 3 years in grants management
• Deep understanding of the grants lifecycle and compliance requirements
• Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools, SQL, and data visualization
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
