Fair Lending Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fair Lending Manager, Special Projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute special projects and reporting within the fair lending program
• Provide leadership and management support to the fair lending team across multiple workstreams
• Synthesize information and create processes for managing team deliverables and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Fair Lending or consumer compliance workstreams, preferably in fintech
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and report creation tools
• Understanding of U.S. Fair Lending laws and regulations
• 2+ years of experience in fintech banking fair lending compliance preferred
