Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to develop and implement treatment plans for injured individuals
- Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
- Independently manage case workload and prepare status updates for clients
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, with a focus on workers' compensation or occupational health
- Licenses: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Certifications: URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS)
- Internet: Must have reliable internet access
