Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to work remotely in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize operational processes to enhance community safety and efficiency
• Conduct root cause analyses (RCAs) to identify improvement opportunities and provide insights on trends
• Analyze data using SQL, dashboards, Excel, and pivot tables to generate actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or related fields
• Prior project management experience in operations
• Strong proficiency in data tools (e.g., Tableau) and data analysis methodologies
• Medium+ proficiency with SQL and advanced Excel skills
• Prior experience with QA testing and systems improvement is a plus
