Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Spiff implementation or solution architecture within Salesforce environments
- Strong knowledge of sales compensation plans and commission models
- Hands-on experience in Spiff administration and reporting
- Expertise in data modeling, SQL, and API-based integrations
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
