Key Responsibilities

• Support the current backlog of work and FTE vacancy on the HB/Claims Team
• Resolve day-to-day tickets and collaborate with operational owners to prioritize workload
• Mentor HIT support staff on pending and complex issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Epic Hospital Billing Certification
• Epic Hospital Billing Claims Certification
• 3 years of production support experience in an Epic Hospital Billing environment
• Completion of the Epic certifications listed above
• Knowledge of claims logic and experience working with 3rd party clearinghouses
