Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Senior Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform application support duties including issue resolution and change management
• Capture and translate business requirements into technical requirements for system development
• Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure quality in application releases

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of banking and/or transaction processing
• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Proficient in information gathering and analytical problem-solving
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams & Jira
